It may still feel like winter up north in early April, but on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina the azaleas are bursting with color, the skies are a cloudless blue and the air is blissfully warm. Spring is in full swing - literally and figuratively. The week of April 12-18, 2010 is the most exciting time to be in Sea Pines Resort when it hosts the annual Verizon Heritage PGA Golf tournament. Held at the famed Harbour Town Golf Links since 1969, the tournament is one of the most scenic stops on the PGA Tour, and definitely the most fun-filled, particularly when combined with a relaxing island vacation.
